Naturalització d’un pati escolar: disseny d’una proposta educativa per a l’escola bressol Can Roura de Vilassar de Dalt

Abstract

[cat] Els infants estan creixent desconnectats del món natural, apareixent el conegut “trastorn per dèficit de naturalesa” (TDN) que té un gran impacte en la salut dels ciutadans, comportant la disminució de l’ús dels sentits, que en conseqüència incrementa la dificultat d’atenció i augmenten les possibilitats de desenvolupar malalties físiques i emocionals. Es relaciona amb diverses causes, com l’augment d'addicció a les pantalles, fent que la població destini més temps a utilitzar eines electròniques i menys temps a interaccionar amb el medi, sent un aliat per l’aparició del sedentarisme, desenvolupant sobrepès i obesitat. Un altre aspecte important que causa la manca de natura és l’augment de l’estrès i l’ansietat provocat per la falta d’espais de relaxació i desconnexió pels infants, com també la reducció de la capacitat de resiliència, incrementant la vulnerabilitat emocional. És per això que el present treball s’ha centrat en la creació d'una base teòrica del moviment dels patis naturalitzats, identificant els seus orígens, descrivint de manera detallada els diferents elements necessaris i els beneficis claus que aporten en el desenvolupament integral dels infants. Posteriorment, s’ha generat una proposta de disseny per la naturalització del pati tradicional de l’Escola Bressol Can Roura, de Vilassar de Dalt, concretament destinat a l’alumnat d’I.2. Aquesta s’ha plasmat a través de la creació d’un plànol a vista d’ocell i amb la creació d’un disseny 3D per facilitar la comprensió de la idea, com també a partir de la descripció i la justificació profunda de cada un dels elements presents en la proposta del pati naturalitzat.

[eng] Children are growing up increasingly disconnected from the natural world, leading to the emergence of the well-known “nature-deficit disorder” (NDD), which has a significant impact on citizens’ health. This disorder results in a reduced use of the senses, which in turn increases difficulties in attention and raises the likelihood of developing physical and emotional illnesses. It is linked to various causes, such as the rising addiction to screens, causing people to spend more time using electronic devices and less time interacting with their surroundings. This contributes to a sedentary lifestyle, leading to overweight and obesity. Another important consequence of the lack of interaction with nature is the increase in stress and anxiety, due to the absence of relaxing and restorative space, especially in children. It also contributes to a decrease in resilience and an increasing emotional vulnerability. For these reasons, the present work has focused on the creation of a theoretical framework for the movement of naturalized playgrounds, identifying its origins, describing in detail the various necessary elements, and highlighting the key benefits they offer in the holistic development of children. Subsequently, a design proposal has been developed for the naturalization of the traditional playground of the Can Roura Nursery School in Vilassar de Dalt, specifically intended for I.2 level students. This has been illustrated through the creation of a bird’s-eye-view plan and 3D design to facilitate the understanding of the concept, along with a detailed description and thorough justification of each of the elements included in the naturalized playground proposal.
