dc.description.abstractAn analysis of some of the reason that now a days are used to justify why obesity is increasing day to day, is realized. nen, having in mind that obesity is a disorder which has a multifactorial etiology, we analyze those factors related with eating which play un important casual and maintenance roll. Finally, we expose the consequences of dieting on the weight of obese patients, as well for the development of eating disorders. We suggest following the clinical guidelines of the Expert Panel on the Identification, Evaluation , and Treatment of ovenveight in adults with the aim of favoring the development of satisfactorily eating and physical activity habits to maintain the best Body Mass Index for health.-
