In this TFG, we analyze the ac response of granular Co-ZrO2, whose ac electron transport is characterised by randomly competing capacitive conductance and thermally assisted tunneling. Besides, we show that the conductivity, as a function of the frequency, follows a power law which is characteristic of most disordered dielectric materials. The random RC network model will be our tool to discuss WinSpice simulations and drawing conclusions6 p.application/pdfengcc-by-nc-nd (c) Pérez, 2019http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/Dispositius electroòpticsNanopartículesTreballs de fi de grauElectrooptical devicesNanoparticlesBachelor's thesesAC transport in granular metalsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
