The instrument promotes structured reflective writing and enables consistent evaluation of PTs. A total of 1560 PTs narratives were assessed using the eight-item instrument. Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analyses confirmed a three-factor structure: Description and Comprehension, Professional Transformation, and Documentation, with adequate fit indices (CFI = .97, RMSEA = .07, SRMR = .02).
