In order to do this the system is treated in a more precise way by numerically solving the Gross-Pitaevskii equation. One finds that the variational approach underestimates the number of atoms that can fit in a Bose-Einstein Condensate before it collapses.5 p.application/pdfengcc-by-nc-nd (c) Esteban Puyuelo, 2014http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/Condensació de Bose-EinsteinEstabilitatTreballs de fi de grauBose-Einstein condensationStabilityBachelor's thesesStability in Bose-Einstein Condensatesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
