Increased permeability for calcium ions, subsequent activation of endogenous phospholipases, and damage mediated by oxygen free radicals are involved in this reperfusion injury. Inhibition of inflammatory mediators of endothelial origin, such as superoxide radicals and platelet-activating factor (PAF), is a possible way of protecting the injured endothelium following blood reperfusion.7 p.application/pdfengcc-by (c) Grinyó Boira, Josep M. et al., 1996http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/esTrasplantament renalNecrosiAgregació plaquetàriaKidney transplantationNecrosisBlood platelet aggregationThe role of platelet-activating factor antagonists in the prohylasis of postransplant acute tubular necrosisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/article1251932020-04-23info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess8827990
