For this, the OptiFDTD software package has been used. It has allowed to design the SPR sensors with different configurations and to adjust their technological parameters. Different values for the sensitivity have been obtained for the three structures and the differences have been explained.5 p.application/pdfengcc-by-nc-nd (c) Costa, 2017http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/BiosensorsRessonància de plasmons superficialsTreballs de fi de grauBiosensorsSurface plasmon resonanceBachelor's thesesSimulation of technologically relevant SPR devicesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
