Methods We employ a fuzzy regression discontinuity design (RDD) by harnessing the inherent threshold in potassium levels, which serves as a diagnostic criterion for hyperkalemia. Simultaneously, we utilize patient diagnosis data related to kidney failure and heart diseases.
