SNR candidates are identified through emission-line diagnostics and the selection is performed by established criteria. Extinction-corrected fluxes allow the derivation of luminosities, densities, and shock velocities. Using the optical data, a comparison between the two galaxies is carried out to identify any trends. Additionally, the X-ray counterparts of the optical candidate SNRs are identified and their properties are presented10 p.application/pdfengcc-by-nc-nd (c) Musté, 2025http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/SupernovesRaigs XTreballs de fi de grauSupernovaeX-raysBachelor's thesesIdentification and characterization of optical and X-ray Supernova Remnantsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
