The effect of the growth temperature, pressure, gas flow and the role of the presence of a catalyst (Au) has been studied by structural, electrical, and optical characterization techniques. The results show a correlation between the measured resistance and bandgap with the microstructural characteristics of the grown layers5 p.application/pdfengcc-by-nc-nd (c) Rojano, 2022http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/NanoestructuresÒxid d'indiTreballs de fi de grauNanostructuresIndium oxideBachelor's thesesSynthesis and characterization of In2O3 nanostructuresinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
