It emphasises the importance of precise stoichiometric measurements, pH control, and characterization techniques, describes and studies the compound and its properties using XRD, optical microscopy, and electrical measurements. These techniques are essential for understanding the structural and electrical characteristics of the BCFZO thin films. Furthermore, the study investigates the effect of various deposition parameters, such as viscosity and spin rate, offering knowledge for improving the spin-coating process. Through the optimization, particularly with PEI-assisted synthesis and lower-temperature thermal treatments (600ºC), the production of homogeneous films demonstrates satisfactory electrical properties. Further experimentation is recommended, including trying different PEI ratios and thermal treatments, exploring other polymerization chemicals, and optimising the XRD characterization technique. The study offers useful knowledge and sets an orientation for future advances in BCFZO thin film deposition.43 p.application/pdfengcc-by-nc-nd (c) Gutiérrez, 2023http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/Pel·lícules finesDeposició (Metal·lúrgia)MicroscòpiaTreballs de fi de grauThin filmsPlatingMicroscopyBachelor's thesesDeposition of BaCo0.4Fe0.4Zr0.2O3-δ material thin films through chemical solution via Spin-CoatingDeposició de pel·lícules primes del material BaCo0.4Fe0.4Zr0.2 O3- δ a través de solució química via Spin Coatinginfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
