Fernández VareaIn this project we studied the dose distributions of 6 and 15 MV photon beams in a heterogeneous phantom which contains layers of lung-equivalent material. We compared measurements done at the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau with the results of Monte Carlo simulations using the PENELOPE/penEasy program and the predictions of the AAA and Acuros algorithms.
