Among others, we highlight the need to upgrade skills, specifically regarding collaborative procedures and opportunities. Moreover, the Europe 2020 strategy acknowledges that a fundamental transformation of education and training is needed to address the new skills and competences required if Europe is to remain competitive (ET 2020). Wikinomics is a European project (Lifelong Learning Programme, 2013-2015) that aims to use free-culture and wiki methodologies as the basis for an innovative pedagogical methodology. Furthermore, Wikinomics is focused on vocational education that prepares people for specific careers at various levels.
