Mitjançant una prèvia recerca bibliogràfica, s’identifiquen els potencials processos de segregació que es porten a terme als centres d’aquesta titularitat. Alhora s’analitzen les valoracions i propostes d’alternativa dels membres per tal de poder reduir les dificultats d’adaptació i les discriminacions. També s’analitza com els processos de segregació urbana es traslladen a l’àmbit educatiu i per tant, es reflexiona sobre si la solució es trobaria més bé en una intervenció municipal. S’arriba a la conclusió de que sí existeix una percepció de tracte diferencial al sistema educatiu de les persones estrangeres, que roman en l’adaptació a la cultura escolar espanyola més que en les possibles discriminacions viscudes dins de l’aula.[eng] This study presents an analysis of the management of ethnic diversity through the comparison of the testimony of students and teachers of three public secondary schools in the municipality of Sant Boi de Llobregat. Through a previous bibliographic research, the potential processes that create segregation in public centers are identified. At the same time, the assessments and proposals of alternative of the members are analyzed in order to be able to reduce the difficulties of adaptation and discrimination. It also analyzes how the processes of urban segregation are transferred to the educational field and, therefore, it reflects on whether the solution would be found in municipal intervention.
