In this work we study and propose an application of colorimetric analysis of the reactive strips in order to determine quantitatively the test results through the processing and computer analysis of reactive strip images. It explains the ingenuity made to locate the strip in the image, detect the area of interest, make the color correction using a laboratory of colors surveyed and the colorimetric analysis of the results. Finally, the precision of the method is evaluated by the creation and analysis of strip simulations.43 p.application/pdfcatmemòria: cc-by-nc-nd (c) Alicia Morales Carrasco, 2018codi: GPL (c) Alicia Morales Carrasco, 2018http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.ca.htmlIndicadors (Química)ColorimetriaProgramariTreballs de fi de grauProcessament digital d'imatgesVisió per ordinadorIndicators and test-papersColorimetryComputer softwareDigital image processingComputer visionBachelor's thesesColorimetric analysis for biostrips using Python and OpenCVinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
