To avoid intrinsic problems of the CS method we have developed a nanostructured contact geometry of Au dots. The conduction process across the LCMO/STO interface exhibits the typical features of a tunneling process.3 p.application/pdfeng(c) American Institute of Physics, 2008Propietats elèctriquesSuperfícies (Física)Interfícies (Ciències físiques)Pel·lícules finesElectric propertiesSurfaces (Physics)Interfaces (Physical sciences)Thin filmsTransport properties across the La2/3Ca1/3MnO3/SrTiO3 heterointerfaceinfo:eu-repo/semantics/article5673732012-04-20info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
