The most important and well-known example of a legally privileged prototype is the one of the forms informing the consumer about his or her right to cancel, which are included in the EGBGB (Law of Introduction to the German Civil Code) in the form of an annex. The experience has posed some problems indeed. In fact, its use can be considered highly advantageous only as of 2010. There are still doubts about the effects that the modifications introduced in the official model of instructions can have.[spa] El legislador alemán de los últimos tiempos se ha caracterizado por la puesta a disposición de los operadores jurídicos de formularios que consisten en una especie de instrucciones sobre la correcta aplicación del Derecho. El ejemplo más importante y también más conocido de prototipo legalmente privilegiado es el de los formularios que informan al consumidor sobre su derecho a desistir, que se añaden en el EGBGB (Ley de Introducción al Código Civil alemán) en forma de Anexo.
