This statement is not only valid in a linguistic context, but also serves for most frequency and rank phenomena. Because of this, Zipf’s law is known as the distribution of frequencies and ranks. Then, the objective of this work is to introduce this law, explaning its origin and its different formulations, and develop one of its applications, the distribution of frequencies in texts.48 p.application/pdfcatcc-by-nc-nd (c) Pan Ye, 2018http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/Distribució (Teoria de la probabilitat)Treballs de fi de grauFreqüència de motsBibliometriaDistribution (Probability theory)Bachelor's thesesWord frequencyBibliometricsLlei de Zipf i Aplicacionsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
