Specifically, the interaction with a virtual character, which is displayed on the multimedia screen of the on-board computer of a smart car, is analyzed during the scenario of filling in an accident report. To carry out this exploration, we have designed an interactive website that simulates the menu of the multimedia system of a connected car and the interaction with 3 different avatars, using technologies such as Django, a framework for developing Python web applications. This technical component has been complemented with a work with users, making a contextual inquiry and an experimental evaluation. The results are clear. Voice interaction with a virtual character greatly improves the use of the car's on-board computer. And in the specific case that this virtual character guides you during the process of filling in an accident report, it is perceived as very useful by the interviewed users, all of them over 60 years old.135 p.application/pdfcatmemòria: cc-by-sa (c) Xavier Farrés Escoda, 2019codi: GPL (c) Xavier Farrés Escoda, 2019http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/es/http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.ca.htmlAccidents de trànsitAssegurances d'automòbilsProgramariTreballs de fi de grauSistemes virtuals (Informàtica)Interacció persona-ordinadorPersones gransTraffic accidentsAutomobile insuranceComputer softwareVirtual computer systemsHuman-computer interactionBachelor's thesesOlder peopleAspectes d'interacció entre persones grans i personatges web conversacionals durant l'escenari d'omplir un comunicat d'accident de cotxeinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
