CostacheBroadband ferromagnetic resonance is a common technique used to study the properties of magnetic materials, such as saturation magnetization and magnetic damping. It relies on the coupling between the magnetic material and a GHz frequency cavity (waveguide circuit). However, for thin magnetic films (a few nanometers, depending on the material), the coupling can be very weak, impeding proper extraction of the above parameters. In this work, we study a modulation technique that in principle allows us to measure weak signals by reducing the noise of the measured electrical signal.5 p.application/pdfengcc-by-nc-nd (c) Guilera, 2024http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/Ressonància magnèticaMaterials magnèticsTreballs de fi de grauMagnetic resonanceMagnetic materialsBachelor's thesesStudy of the ferromagnetic resonance using AC modulation techniquesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
