recientemente como ÁLVAREZ TORNÉ, M., “Current issues in the protection of adults
from the perspective of Private International Law”, REEI, diciembre 2016, nº 32,

It focuses on certain issues in the analysis of the protection of adults from the perspective of Private International Law that the author intends to develop in a future contribution to be drawn up in this area. These refer to the current lack of a specific EU Regulation addressing this subject, the prospects of embracing new legislative developments and, in particular, the interaction between international instruments which cover certain aspects in this context, all this leading to the need to avoid inconsistencies and to promote compatibility between them. In this sense, a limited explanation is given here of some currently observed problems, together with possible progress, on the basis of the information contained in the more extensive article recently published as ÁLVAREZ TORNÉ, M., "Current issues in the protection of adults From the perspective of Private International Law, REEI, December 2016, No. 32, available at: http://www.reei.org/index.php/revista/num32/notas/current-issues-in-the-protectionof- adults-from-the-perspective-of-private-international-law |
