Abstract: | The success of Big Bang Nucleosynthesis (BBN) relies on its ability to predict the light elements primordial abundances. The predictions can be made computationally taking advantatge of nuclear physics. However, the comparison of predictions and observations is far from trivial because of the post-BBN evolution. Any tensions between predicted/observed abundances have to be discussed and, maybe, new physics is needed. The corrections to the Standard Model (SM) constitute the Non-Standard Model (nSM). It uses the constraints set by the observations to x new parameters of the model, in order to recover the observed abundances. |
