Abstract: This work makes a study of eclipses, in particular solar eclipses, and how to obtain various data of an eclipse. Before it does a short introduction to astronomy, particularly the study of the positions of the stars and their movements. This allows us to better understand the movements of the Sun, the Earth and the Moon, the three objects involved in the eclipses studied. Finally we end with a chapter where we explain the implementation of what we have studied using events generated by JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratory). Obtaining various data eclipses. Taking advantage of programming we are able to determine data with better accuracy.
