Avaluació dels Programes d’orientació laboral als joves de Sant Boi. Quina és la capacitat de resposta real?

(cat)Les condicions sociolaborals dels joves espanyols en el cotext actual es defineix per una alta flexibilitat, dificultats a l’hora de trobar feina i un gran nombre de treballs en condicions precàries. En aquest marc s’inicien al llarg del estat diversos programes que ajuden a millorar l’ocupabilitat d’aquest col·lectiu. Amb el treball aquí mostrat, s’ha procurat realitzar una avaluació dels diversos programes municipals d’orientació laboral per a joves en la població de Sant Boi de Llobregat i analitzar quina és la capacitat de resposta d’aquests serveis envers a les necessitats del jovent del municipi.

(eng)The social and labor conditions of young Spaniards in the current cotext is defined by high flexibility , difficulties in finding work and many work in precarious conditions . In this context initiated several programs throughout the state to help improve the employability of this group. With the papper shown here , has sought to make an assessment of the various municipal programs targeting employment for young people in the town of Sant Boi de Llobregat and analyze what the responsiveness of these services towards the needs of youth the municipality.
