Abstract: In this work we explore a striking consequence of combining General Relativity and Quantum Field Theory, namely the creation of particles in expanding Universes. We first review a known simple 1+1 model and compute the amount of particle creation. Then we explore a generalization of this model regarding the kind of expansion and the diferences in the particle creation density.
