Abstract: This text presents the experience of training the trainers being carried out with professionals from hospitals and public health centres in the territory of Catalonia (Spain). The text describes the structure of the innovation training program, emphasizing the methodology used that represents on of the strengths of the program. The objective is to provide a vision of training in organizations from a practice that is proving successful. The results presented and emerged valuations of the managers of the training and participants provide evidence of their own pedagogical value. From the analysis of the obtained results, the paper ends with future proposals for new training programs.
