| dc.description.abstract | Como es bien sabido, los frenillos pueden actuar como factores etiológicos o agravantes de enfermedad periodontal, cuando se insertan más allá de la mucosa alveolar. Una altura vestibular corta, y/o una encía adherida escasa, hacen aún más evidente la importancia del frenillo patológico. En consecuencia, el periodoncista va a verse obligado al tratamiento de estos frecuentes problemas, lo que puede llevarse a cabo de manera sencilla y efectiva con técnicas quirúrgicas poco comprometidas en pacientes ambulatorios. | - |
