| Abstract: | The "Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Generales para Obras de Carreteras y Puentes (PG3)" is the Spanish's Government Technical Instruction that stablishes the properties that materials used in road and bridge construction must accomplish, and includes the corresponding standardized norms to test these properties. |
