[eng] Nationalism and territorial management are two different concepts that are related strongly. The globalisation of the XXI century is one of the causes for the downfall of democracy in different states and nationalism is not the only way of claiming back the power of decision of every territory. In the past as well as nowadays, nationalism is bound to the ruling class. In this study we will investigate the movement of retaking territorial management in small scale without a direct tie to nationalism, as a possible method to achieve the maximum usage of the territory’s particularities to the advantage of the inhabitants as well as contribute to their own development.
