Neutron star cores reach high values of density where nuclear matter can interact via weakly short range forces. We consider Neutron star in the T ≈ 0 approximation, and matter to be in β − equilibrium and composed by neutrons, protons and electrons. In the core region of the Neutron Star we add, within the Hartree-Fock approximation, a hypothetical coupling between neutrons and electrons mediated by a dark boson, and we constrain the magnitude of this interaction by comparing the resulting mass-radius relation with the recent data of the massive Neutron Star PSR J0740+6620, obtaining a restriction on the coupling strength when attractive interaction is consideredca
