dc.description.abstract[en] The $n$-body problem aims to determine the motions of $n$ massive bodies interacting with each other gravitationally. In this work we present an introduction to the general problem, we solve the $n=2$ case completely, and the $n=3$ case is developed in detail, providing some particular solutions. Finally, we compute numerically the curve of zero velocity and the trajectory of the comet for the system Sun - Jupiter - comet 39P/Oterma.ca
