Abstract: For years research has shown that teams with higher levels of trust have a propensity to be higher performers. Furthermore, many studies have discussed the significance of trust in facilitating knowledge sharing at workplaces. While the separate effects of trust and knowledge sharing on team performance is well documented, few scholars have investigated the specific links between these factors over time.
