Assetjament escolar en l'etapa 3-6. Afectació sobre el desenvolupament. Detecció, prevenció i intervenció

[cat] En el present treball es fa un estudi exploratori mixt, de caràcter qualitatiu i quantitatiu, centrat en l’etapa de segon cicle d’Infantil, aprofundint en què és el bullying, quins són els factors que predisposen a ser víctima o agressor, quins efectes pot tenir sobre el desenvolupament, quins són els senyals d’alarma i s’aporten diversos models i mètodes de prevenció i intervenció. La metodologia del treball inclou una exhaustiva revisió bibliogràfica que incorpora a autors reconeguts en el camp de l'assetjament escolar, com Olweus, Garaigordobil, Ortega, Alsaker i Monks. A més, es duu a terme una part pràctica que comprèn l'anàlisi i interpretació de les respostes d’una enquesta contestada per 75 persones, tres entrevistes realitzades a tres professionals implicats; una mestra d’infantil, una psicòloga infantojuvenil i la presidenta d’una associació, i l'assistència a tres conferències especialitzades en el tema. Aquest enfocament multidisciplinari i metodològic permet una comprensió integral del problema de l'assetjament escolar en la primera infància, aportant tant coneixements teòrics com aplicacions pràctiques. Els resultats obtinguts ofereixen una base sòlida per a desenvolupar estratègies efectives de prevenció, detecció i intervenció, contribuint així a la millora del benestar i desenvolupament dels nens en els seus primers anys d'escolarització.

[eng] In this paper, a mixed qualitative and quantitative exploratory study is carried out, focusing on the second cycle of Infant School, going into what bullying is, what are the factors that predispose to being a victim or a bully, what effects it can have on development, what are the warning signs, and several models and methods of prevention and intervention are provided. The methodology of the work includes an exhaustive bibliographical review that incorporates recognised authors in the field of bullying, such as Olweus, Garaigordobil, Ortega, Alsaker and Monks. In addition, a practical part is carried out which includes the analysis and interpretation of the answers to a survey answered by 75 people, three interviews with three professionals involved; a nursery school teacher, a child and youth psychologist and the president of an association, and the attendance at three conferences specialising in the subject. This multidisciplinary and methodological approach allows for a comprehensive understanding of the problem of bullying in early childhood, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical applications. The results obtained provide a solid basis for developing effective prevention, detection and intervention strategies, thus contributing to the improvement of children's well-being and development in their first years of schooling.
