| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the history of the Tortosa Carpenters’ Guild, «Santa Maria dels Fusters», which included all of the builders of the city in the course of XVth and XVIth century. Apart from municipal records and notarial documentation, the study also reviews the ordinations of the guild traced between 1438 and 1777. In addition, the author edits the ones of 1438, 1470, 1490, 1503 and 1582, all of them unpublished. |
