| Abstract: | AI-powered neurotechnologies pose significant challenges due to the sensitive nature of the personal data they process and their potential impact on human behaviour and health. This work adopts an ethical framework that, drawing on scientific evidence, advocates for the promotion and protection of individual rights in the deployment of AI. First, it explores the exponential adoption and diversification of AI systems in healthcare delivery. Second, it explores translational neuroethics to demonstrate its value in enhancing the quality of care. Ultimately, ensuring high-quality healthcare requires rethinking the human–technology relationship. |
