Resum
[en] This has been a project developed together with the historians at the CRAI Pavelló de la República, in which a new application for the data visualization of the International Volunteers has been developed.
The application has been developed for the historians working with SIDBRINT, who are responsible for collecting magnificent information on the International Volunteers who participated in the Spanish Civil War. The main objective of this application has been to graphically display all this data in a visual and attractive format for users, using graphics and maps. Likewise, small usability problems have been resolved in the current platform, while the internationalization of the project has been promoted thanks to translations and the use of a new API, which will allow the integration of SIDBRINT with other research organizations. To develop this new application I have used the Symfony 4 framework for the back-end and technologies front-end such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Agile development methodologies have been used during development. Taking into account the public to whom this application is directed, Material Design style guide has been used to enhance simplicity and ease of use in the new aplication.
This document will detail the process of requirements analysis, planning, structure and development of the application.
