[en] This final degree project focuses on addressing management and communication deficiencies in youth associations, with an emphasis on the Carena Family Cultural Association. The lack of efficient tools is manifested in the use of WhatsApp groups, generating problems such as the lack of complete information for parents and the difficulty for monitors to plan activities. The main objective of this work is to develop a prototype of a mobile application that meets the needs of monitors, administrative staff and parents. To this end, a market analysis has been carried out in which it has been detected that the key func4onali4es of this application are that it is aimed at 3 different types of users and that it contains a chat that allows communication between them. Thanks to this analysis and the requirements study, other func4onali4es have been detected that should cover the needs of the different agents. Once these requirements were detected, the application was designed using the Moqups tool and developed using Android Studio, following at all times an architecture that follows the principles of "Clean Architecture". This work highlights the importance of technological solutions that optimise
management and communication in youth associations.
