En respuesta a las necesidades de las bibliotecas en tiempos modernos y
considerando el estado actual de desarrollo de los sistemas de gestión de información
bibliotecaria, el presente artículo presenta el diseño y desarrollo de un sistema de
gestión de bibliotecas (SGB). Este sistema se desarrolla a partir de los contenidos y
características de las actividades de gestión bibliotecaria, alcanzando la
automatización y digitalización de diversas tareas de la biblioteca.
This paper, in response to the needs of libraries in the new era and considering the current development status of library management information systems, designs and develops a library management system (LMS). Originating from the content and characteristics of library management activities, this system realizes the automation and digitization of various operational tasks in the library.
