(cat) La Universitat, com a part de la societat masclista en què vivim, reproduirà el sistema patriarcal sempre que no faci quelcom per a esdevenir un agent actiu de transformació social. Com potcontribuir la Universitat en la lluita contra la violència de gènere i els assetjaments sexuals a l’àmbit universitari? Aquesta recerca pretén donar resposta a la qüestió plantejada mitjançant l’anàlisi de programes de bystander intervention basats en la responsabilitat compartida a l’hora d’eradicar la violència masclista a les universitats. Per fer-ho em centraré en la descripció d’algunes campanyes bystanderconcretes, també faré un anàlisi comparatiu de la visibilitat donada als serveis de denúncia de casos d’assetjament sexual oferts per la Universitat de Barcelona a la seva pàgina web en contraposició a la donada per altres universitats, i, finalment, duré a terme una sèrie d’entrevistes per a avaluar la situació de la Universitat de Barcelona.
(eng) University, as a part of the sexist society in which we live, will reproduce the patriarchal system if nothing is done to become an active agent of social transformation. How University can contribute in the fight against gender violence and sexual harassment in universities? This research aims to answer the question raised through the analysis of bystander intervention programs based on sharedresponsibility on eradicating gender violence in universities. I will focus on the description of some bystander intervention campaign, I will also compare the visibility given to the complaint of sexual harassment services offered by Universitat de Barcelona in its website in comparison to other universities, and last I will interview some agents related to gender violence and/or Universitat de Barcelona to assess the current situation of the institution.
