Abstract

[en] This work focuses on addressing the challenges associated with insurance policy management through the development of an innovative solution based on artificial intelligence. The lack of a comprehensive platform that provides clients with a complete view of their policies and educates them on how to maximize their benefits motivates this research. The goal is to enhance the customer experience in the insurance sector by leveraging opportunities that new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, offer to simplify and optimize this interaction. The work involves a thorough analysis of the needs of insurance companies, the design and development of a prototype addressing identified deficiencies, and the validation of the proposed solution, aiming to improve the experience of the clients.
