L’impacte de la crisi econòmica en sis municipis del Berguedà

Abstract

(cat) Aquest Treball de Final de Grau és un estudi de l’impacte que ha tingut la crisi econòmica de principis del segle XXI en els Ajuntaments de la comarca del Berguedà. Per a fer-ho, s’han seleccionat 6 municipis representatius del territori esmentat (Berga, Gironella, Puig-reig, Avià, Borredà i Gósol); utilitzant com a variable principal per a aquesta anàlisi els ingressos municipals. L’horitzó temporal escollit ha estat 2004 - 2016. L’estudi es compon de tres grans parts: per una banda, l’anàlisi dels ingressos municipals per capítols (a més dels ingressos tributaris desglossats); en segon lloc, una comparació dels ingressos tributaris per càpita entre els 6 municipis i, per últim, una anàlisi de l’evolució del deute viu en el període 2008 – 2016.

(eng) This Final Project consists in an economic research about the impact that the economic recession has had in local governments from a specific area in Catalonia: the Berguedà county. In order to fulfil this issue, 6 representative municipalities of this area have been chosen: Berga, Gironella, Puig-reig, Avià, Borredà and Gósol. The main variable that we have used in the present Project are the municipal revenues between 2004 and 2016. These revenues include budget categories such as direct and indirect taxes, grants, transferences… The principal document used to this aim has been the financial settlement of every year. To proceed with this research, the Project has been structured in three main parts: the first one consists in an analysis of the municipal incomes in absolute value, including also the tax revenues. In second place, we have done a comparison between municipalities using per capita tax revenues; and last, there is an analysis of the local governments’ debt.
