[cat] Cada vegada es parla més del consentiment en el debat públic, especialment des de
l'anomenat cas de La Manada pel que fa a Espanya, i el moviment #MeToo en l'àmbit
més internacional. Això no obstant, hi ha una clara falta de coneixement sobre el
consentiment més enllà de la definició espontània d'un acord per tenir relacions sexuals.
És vital doncs una educació sobre el consentiment que es produeixi de forma
generalitzada, preferiblement des de la infància. Aquest article es proposa doncs fer un
primer pas en aquesta direcció. El treball consisteix en una recerca bibliogràfica
d'articles científics i en una anàlisi documental sobre iniciatives i propostes d'educació
en el consentiment. Així, aquest treball comporta tres apartats. Primer, s'analitzen
algunes de les diferents iniciatives existents per educar sobre el consentiment, així com
propostes de currículum escolar que incloguin aquesta educació. Aquestes iniciatives es
troben principalment als Estats Units i al Canadà. En segon lloc, també s'analitza quines
són les formes que es proposen per adaptar el contingut del consentiment a l'edat de
l’alumnat. Es proposa doncs començar amb una definició més simple del consentiment,
basada principalment en el llenguatge verbal, i una posterior introducció dels matisos i
dels elements contextuals que poden influir en aquest consentiment. En tercer lloc, es
realitza una anàlisi de les estratègies que han mostrat ser més efectives en aquesta
educació en el consentiment.
[eng] Consent is talked about more and more often in the public debate, especially since the so called La Manada case in regard to Spain, and since the #MeToo movement on a more international level. However, there is a clear lack of knowledge about what exactly consent is. The general consensus seems to simply define consent as an agreement to engage in a sexual act. Thus, it is vital to have a generalized education on consent, preferably one that starts at an early age. This article tires to take the first step in this direction. The article consists of a bibliographic inquiry of scientific articles, as well as a documental analysis of current and proposed initiatives to educate on consent. This article is thus divided into three parts. Firstly, there is an analysis of some of these consent education initiatives, as well as proposed school curriculums that integrate this education on consent. These initiatives are mostly based in the United States and Canada. Secondly, there is also an analysis on the best ways to adapt the contents that are taught according to the students’ age. This article proposes starting with a simpler definition of consent, based primarily on verbal communication, and progressively adding the nuances and the contextual elements that may affect people’s ability to give their consent. Lastly, this article analyzes the strategies that have proven most effective in this education of consent.
