[spa] La presencia de las nuevas tecnologías en la Administración de
Justicia se nos viene mostrando, desde hace ya algunos años, como un
fenómeno imparable que avanza a pasos agigantados en la compleja
amalgama que encierran los procedimientos judiciales. Entre estos avances
cabe destacar, especialmente, el relativo al auge de la Inteligencia Artificial
como una herramienta más al servicio de la Administración de Justicia. Al
respecto, y conscientes de que aún nos queda mucho por aprender respecto a
la aplicación de la IA en los distintos ámbitos de la justicia penal, centraremos
este estudio en el posible uso de la IA como herramienta para la prevención de
delitos, especialmente aquellos cometidos sobre menores, como el Child
Grooming.
[eng] The existence of new technologies in Justice has been shown to us, from some years, as an unstoppable phenomenon, advancing by giant steps in the complex amalgam of procedural law. Among these advances, we can highlight, especially, the one related to the rise of AI as another tool at Justice. We are aware that still have a lot to learn about the application of AI in the different areas of our criminal system, we will focus this study on the possible use of AI as a preventive system, especially the detection of Child Grooming offenders.
