Abstract

The project’s documentation that will be developed in this final degree project involves a control system of the images’ accessibility using a web application. This project consist in the design and implementation of a web application where any kind of magazine could indicate the minim requirements that all image should fulfill to be allowed to publish that image, and where the author would upload his images to be analyzed and check if meet the requirements established by the publisher and if this image is accessible to people with visual problems. Also, authors will have access to a form where they can create an alternative text with the information showed in the image. This text will allow that people with visual problems have access to the same information thanks to an alternative path. By developing this project we try to make an easy images’ management for the publishers and the authors when they do a new article. At the same time, we try to make more accessible the content in this articles to people with any kind of visual problem.
