Estudio para la determinación del tipo de guante apropiado a usar, según la obra de arte a manipular. Propuesta de manual de procedimientos

[spa] No existe un guante ideal para todas las situaciones de manipulación de obras de arte y objetos patrimoniales.El manipulador debe disponer de un abanico de posibilidades y un conocimiento previo para elegir correctamente el guante a usar según la obra de arte o el objeto patrimonial a manipular. El presente estudio nace de la necesidad de desarrollar un manual que facilite al manipulador la elección del guante más apropiado teniendo en cuenta los diferentes materiales de las obras. Para ello, se ha realizado una investigación documental, recopilación de datos y análisis de 38 bibliografías de especialistas en el área, llegando a tabular un total de 506 opiniones referentes al uso o no de los diferentes tipos de guantes, ventajas y desventajas de cada uno de ellos, según el material del que esté realizada la obra de arte o el objeto patrimonial que se vaya a manipular. Todo ello, da como resultado la creación de un manual de procedimientos y una tabla de usos y recomendaciones específicas, con la finalidad de servir de guía al manipulador en su correcta elección del guante a utilizar.

[eng] There is no ideal glove for all manipulation situations of works of art and heritage objects. The manipulator must have a range of possibilities and a prior knowledge to choose the correct the glove to use according to the work of art or the patrimonial object that is going to manipulate. The present study arises from the need to develop a manual that facilitates the manipulator the choice of the most appropriate glove taking into account the different materials of the works. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to carry out a documentary research, data collection and analysis of 38 bibliographies of specialists in the area. A total of 508 opinions were obtained about the indications to use or not the different types of gloves, and the advantages and disadvant ages of each one of them, always taking into account the material of the piece that has to be manipulated. All this results in the creation of a manual of procedures and a table of specific uses and recommendations, with the aim of serving as a guide to the manipulator in his correct choice of the glove to be used.
