[spa] Este trabajo es un ensayo de aproximación tipológica y cuantitativa al comercio protohistórico del norte de la isla de Mallorca con el mundo mediterráneo, basado en los datos obtenidos en trabajos recientes en tres yacimientos de caracterIsticas diversas: una necrópolis (Illa dels Porros), un santuario (Punta des Patró) y un poblado (Ses Paisses). La naturaleza de este comercio es diferente de la que se documenta en la costa ibérica, ya que en Mallorca predomina de manera absoluta el material anfórico.
[eng] This paper is a typological and quantitative approach to the protohistoric trade of the north of the island of Mallorca with the Mediterranean world, based on data obtained from excavations at three sites of diverse characteristics: a necropolis (Illa dels Porros), a sanctuary (Punta des Patró), and a settlement (Ses Paisses). The nature of this trade is different to that documented on the Iberian coast, in that Mallorca is completely dominated by amphoric material.
