[cat] El present treball de final de grau analitza la bretxa tecnològica en les llars de l’estat espanyol
a partir dels indicadors que influeixen en l’equipament de les tecnologies de la informació i la
comunicació (TIC). Les microdades de l’enquesta sobre l’equipament i l’ús de les TIC en les
llars de l’Institut Nacional d’Estadística han sigut incorporades a l’estimació d’un model Logit.
Els resultats mostren una bretxa tecnològica entre Comunitats Autònomes, gèneres, edats,
nacionalitats, nivell educatiu i poder adquisitiu. Tanmateix, s’inclou una nova variable
significativa en la regressió, el nombre de menors entre 10 i 15 anys que resideixen amb
l’individu enquestat, no analitzada anteriorment en els estudis de referència. Finalment,
l’estudi demostra algunes recomanacions per a les noves polítiques públiques aplicades pel
govern Espanyol i la Comissió Europea en forma d’agenda digital.
[eng] The present paper analyzes the domestic digital divide in Spain through the determinates that influence the possession of information and communication technologies (ICT). Microdata from survey on equipment and use of ICT in households by National Institute of Statistics have been incorporated within Logit model. The results show a digital divide among Autonomic Communities, gender, age, nationalities, educational stage and purchasing power. Furthermore, it is included a new significative variable in regression, total of minors between 10 and 15 years of age living with the surveyed person, never analyzed before on well-known papers. Finally, the study reveals some recommendations to new public policies applied by Spanish government and European Commission in form of digital agenda.
