Abstract

[eng] This article discusses the scope of the Proposal for a Directive on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and examines which contractual type corresponds to such contents, which in any case is up to the national legislature to decide. In addition, it deals with the requirements that have to be met for conformity with the contract.
[spa] Este artículo analiza el alcance de la Propuesta de Directiva sobre contratos de suministro de contenidos digitales y examina el tipo contractual de los contratos relacionados con contenidos o servicios digitales, que en todo caso corresponde decidir al legislador nacional. Además, analiza los requisitos que deben concurrir para apreciar la conformidad con el contrato.
