Resum

Integrated assessment models (IAMs) simulate the coupled behaviour of socioeconomic and natural systems and are used to assess climate and energy policies. Here, the inner structure of pymedeas, an open-source IAM, is visualized and analysed using GraphPySD, a new Python package developed for this project. The results of the study allow to better understand the model and open future directions to improve its design, performance, and functionalities
