Estudi de metodologies àgils per al desenvolupament d'una aplicació Android

Abstract

This report contains a theoretical and applied study of three main agile project management methodologies: Scrum, Kanban and Lean. It contains a detailed study of the main features of these methodologies and present their historical background, as well as actors, artifacts and ceremonies involved in each methodology. At the same time of the theoretical study, this report presents the adaptation of these methodologies to be applied in the development of an Android application, and the conclusions drawn after applying each one, the negative and positive results obtained both individually for each methodology and globally once the application development are drawn.
